Car park & outdoor spaces reopening from 29 March
We are pleased to announce that we will be reopening the outdoor spaces of the Buckler’s Hard visitor attraction to local visitors from Monday 29th March 2021.

Buckler's Hard to close from 4pm on Christmas Eve
Further to the Government’s announcement on Wednesday 23rd December, Buckler's Hard will move into Tier 3 on 26th December. It is therefore with great sadness that we must close our doors once more to visitors from 4pm on Christmas Eve.

Buckler's Hard attraction to close doors for national lockdown
Further to the Government’s announcement on Saturday 31st October, we will be closing our doors to the Buckler’s Hard visitor attraction, including the Maritime Museum, from Thursday 5th November for the duration of the national lockdown.

Buckler’s Hard Maritime Museum becomes an affiliate of The National Museum of the Royal Navy at ceremony on HMS Medusa
They have a shared history at the heart of the country’s proud shipbuilding and navy story and now Buckler’s Hard Maritime Museum has been formally welcomed to The National Museum of the Royal Navy’s affiliate partnership scheme.
