Shock Absorber Every Womans Duathlon, Saturday 4th July
Every Woman's Duathlon was started to encourage women of all shapes and sizes, fitness levels and ages to enter an event to test their personal progression, in a supporting and non intimidating all women environment. Every Woman's Duathlon is a fun run/walk – cycle – run/walk set within the grounds of the beautiful Bucklers Hard in the New Forest.
A duathlon provides an opportunity for women to take part in a multi-sport event if they can't or do not want to swim, or prefer not to get into a costume. It's the opportunity to get out, get active and experience the thrill of being part of an event. Most importantly it's not a race, our emphasis is on fun, participation and achievement.
